The audit was welcomed by Ratchata Rattanawin, Acting Deputy Secretary-General; Yuwaretmakot Sithichanbancha, Acting Deputy Secretary-General; Wipawan Thanomwatana, Acting Head of Quality Development; together with the management team, who received the external auditors.

The successful renewal underscores the Academy’s strong commitment to maintaining and continually improving an effective, systematic, and internationally aligned management framework. A total of 19 support units under the Academy achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification, namely: Research Administration and Support Division; Dean’s Office, Princess Srisavangavadhana College of Medicine; Real Estate Development Division; Engineering Services Division; Procurement Division; Supplies Management Division; Finance and Accounting Division; Human Resources Division; Facilities Management Division; Corporate Communications Division; Sustainability Development Division; Risk Management and Internal Control Division; Strategy, Planning and Budgeting Division; Arts, Culture, Sports and Recreation Division; Internal Audit Division; Office of the Secretary-General; Royal Projects and Personal Affairs Division; Legal Affairs Division; and Clinical Research Administration.

The recertification forms part of the Academy’s public disclosure of organizational performance and development, aligning with the Integrity and Transparency Assessment (ITA) principles that emphasize transparent, continuous, and verifiable communication of missions, outcomes, and organizational improvement.

Moving forward, Chulabhorn Royal Academy remains dedicated to upholding quality management standards while advancing managerial innovation and continuous process improvement—to support its missions in education, research, medical services, and public benefit—in accordance with the royal aspiration of Princess Chulabhorn Walailak, President and Chair of the Council of Chulabhorn Royal Academy, under the philosophy “Excellence for All Lives.”
