Chulabhorn Hospital Partners with The Cloud at ‘Death Fest 2026’ to Transform Cancer Fears into Understanding, Offering Free Screenings for Meaningful Living

March 13, 2026 — Chulabhorn Hospital, Chulabhorn Royal Academy, in collaboration with The Cloud, officially launched a series of educational seminars and cancer screening services at Death Fest 2026. The partnership aims to inspire the public to live life with purpose while fostering a profound understanding of end-of-life preparation.

The event’s opening day featured a high-profile seminar titled “20 Questions About Cancer: Transforming Fear into Understanding.” The panel was led by Assoc. Prof. Surasak Leelaudomlipi, M.D., Acting Director of Chulabhorn Hospital, alongside a team of distinguished specialists including: Jomthana Siripaiboon, M.D., Director of the Cancer Center, Worawat Sangwiphasnapaporn, M.D., Head of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, and Pimchanok Pattanayindee, M.D., Specialist in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.

The discussion, held at the Main Stage of Exhibition Hall 6, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, focused on providing direct, transparent, and accessible answers to common concerns regarding cancer, effectively bridging the gap between medical complexity and public awareness.

​​​​​​​In addition to the keynote sessions, Chulabhorn Hospital is hosting a dedicated health pavilion in the “Gae Dee” (Aging Well) Zone at Booth E14. The first day’s highlight featured a complimentary screening program for Hepatitis B and C to assess liver cancer risks. A specialized medical team was on-site to provide personalized consultations, led by: Chansa Bangyikhan, M.D. , Jatuporn Poopat, M.D., Specialist in Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Surgery, and Anya Kiartweerasakul, M.D., Specialist in Gastroenterology and Hepatology. The booth saw a vibrant turnout, with visitors actively engaging in health screenings and expert consultations, reinforcing Chulabhorn Hospital’s commitment to proactive healthcare and the promotion of a high-quality, well-prepared lifestyle for all generations.
