Chulabhorn Royal Academy Hosts the 122nd Ordinary Meeting of the Council of University Adminnistrative Staff of Thailand, Driving Network Creation and Development of Thai Higher Education Personnel

Chulabhorn Royal Academy (CRA) hosted the 7th Meeting (2/2026) of the 23rd Executive Committee of the Council of University Adminnistrative Staff of Thailand on Friday, April 24, 2026, with 18 executive committee members in attendance. The meeting focused on driving operations through the collaboration of committees and networks nationwide to develop academic work, enhance knowledge, and elevate the performance standards of academic support personnel to align with current changes. Additionally, on Saturday, April 25, 2026, Chulabhorn Royal Academy hosted the 122nd  Ordinary Meeting (2/2026) of the Council of University Adminnistrative Staff of Thailand. The session was held at Chulabhorn Royal Academy, Bangkok, and via Zoom Application, with committee members from 33 higher education institutions across the country in full attendance.

​​​​​​​Ms. Jariya Panya, Acting Assistant Secretary-General of Chulabhorn Royal Academy and Distinguished Committee Member of the Council of University Adminnistrative Staff of Thailand, officially welcomed the participants. She highlighted the role and context of Chulabhorn Royal Academy as a leading educational institution driving medical work for the benefit of the people. The academy focuses on developing modern medical knowledge, research, and innovation, alongside managing various curricula that meet the country’s needs for both medical personnel and multidisciplinary professionals to sustainably enhance the people's quality of life. She also expressed her pleasure in hosting this meeting and hoped it would serve as an important platform for exchanging opinions and developing cooperation among university networks nationwide.

Subsequently, Mr. Rawat Rattnakan, President of the Council of University Adminnistrative Staff of Thailand, spoke about the objectives and key missions of the Council of University Adminnistrative Staff of Thailand. The organization acts as a center for coordinating cooperation between university networks nationwide to systematically strengthen academic support personnel. It also aims to promote and develop personnel potential, ensuring their knowledge, abilities, and skills align with the changes in the current era.

For this meeting, the committee considered and acknowledged reports on key agendas, including: Financial status reports, Academic journal performance reports, Operations of the Center for Promotion and Competency Development of Academic Support Personnel and the CUET Support Network, Progress on the design of the "Outstanding Academic Support Personnel" award pins and pins for the CUET Executive Committee, aimed at honoring and boosting the morale of workers in the higher education system, Progress on preparations for the 2026 the Council of University Adminnistrative Staff of Thailand National Academic Conference, which serves as a stage for exchanging knowledge and academic experiences among university networks.

Additionally, the meeting prioritized the election process for the 24th President of  Council of University Adminnistrative Staff of Thailand. This is considered a vital mechanism for driving the organization, with the goal of securing a leader with the vision and potential toward continuous and sustainable progress.
