
"CRA Quality Fair 2026" (1st Edition) to Drive Quality Culture Toward Sustainable Organizational Development
Chulabhorn Royal Academy officially organized the 1st Chulabhorn Royal Academy Quality Fair 2026 (CRA Quality Fair 2026) from September 7–8, 2026, at the Auditorium, 3rd Floor, Princess Srisavangavadhana College of Medicine Building, Chulabhorn Royal Academy. The opening ceremony was presided over by Professor Emeritus Rajata Rajatanavin, M.D., Acting Deputy Secretary-General of Chulabhorn Royal Academy.
This event aimed to promote and cultivate a strong "Quality Culture" within the organization while providing a platform for personnel to share, exchange knowledge, and showcase quality development achievements, innovations, and best practices across various departments. Held under the theme "17 Years of Transformation Toward a Quality Organization," the event reflected the academy's journey of continuous improvement—from its foundation as Chulabhorn Hospital, focusing on medical expertise, service standards, and patient safety, to expanding its mission to encompass comprehensive education and research at Chulabhorn Royal Academy today.

• Quality Talk: Inspiring lectures and panel discussions by guest experts, including Professor Yuwares Sittichanbuncha, M.D., Acting Deputy Secretary-General of Chulabhorn Royal Academy, Associate Professor Naren Chotirosniramit, M.D., and Dr. Duangsamorn Boonphadung.
• Academic & Innovation Presentations: Exhibits showcasing quality improvement projects using CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement), KAIZEN, and R2R (Routine to Research) frameworks.
• Popular Vote Activity: An interactive voting session allowing participants to exchange insights and learn directly from peer projects.
• Awards Ceremony: Presentation of awards for outstanding quality development projects across various categories to boost morale and encourage creators.
