
Professor Dr. Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Krom Phra Srisavangavadhana Delivers a Special Lecture on “Oncogenesis” to Third-Year Medical Students of Srisavangavadhana College of Medicine, Chulabhorn Royal Academy, for the Fifth Consecutive Session.
February 24, 2026, Professor Dr. Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Krom Phra Srisavangavadhana proceeded to the Princess Srisavangavadhana College of Medicine Building, Chulabhorn Royal Academy, Laksi District. Her Royal Highness delivered a special lecture titled "Oncogenesis" to the 4th batch of third-year medical students (2020 New Curriculum) for the second semester of the 2025 academic year. The royal visit was received by the Acting Deputy Secretaries-General of Chulabhorn Royal Academy, led by Professor Emeritus Rajata Rajatanavin, M.D., Dr.Thakur Phanit, and Mr. Boon Tapanadul, alongside Associate Professor Teerapat Ungtrakul, M.D., Acting Dean of Princess Srisavangavadhana Faculty of Medicine, as well as executives and faculty members, totaling 41 participants.
On this occasion, Her Royal Highness granted a royal address to the 4th batch of third-year medical students of Princess Srisavangavadhana Faculty of Medicine, stating:
"If we further develop our scientific knowledge to be applicable within our medical profession, it will lead to even greater success."
Princess Srisavangavadhana Faculty of Medicine, Chulabhorn Royal Academy, is the 23rd medical school in Thailand. It is accredited under international standards by the World Federation for Medical Education (WFME) through the Institute for Medical Education Accreditation and the Medical Council of Thailand. The college offers modern curricula at the undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels, aiming to produce medical graduates and personnel who are leaders in health and medical services, equipped with research and innovation capabilities to contribute to the sustainable development of the nation.
