Health Ambassador Training Program, Class 6 — Week 25

The Chulabhorn Royal Academy, through Chulabhorn Hospital, organized the Health Ambassador Training Program, Class 6 — Week 25 on Thursday, 12 March 2026, at the Convention Hall, Chulabhorn Research Institute Convention Center.
The training session began with a lecture titled “Managing Menopause,” delivered by Dr. Katanyuta Nakpalad, a specialist in Reproductive Medicine at Chulabhorn Hospital. She shared insights on hormonal changes associated with menopause, possible symptoms, and approaches to maintaining both physical and mental well-being. She also provided guidance on lifestyle adjustments and appropriate self-care practices to help improve long-term quality of life for both women and men.

“Anti-Aging Nutrition,” presented by Dr. Siree Wongrakmit, a specialist in Clinical Nutrition at Chulabhorn Hospital. She discussed principles for selecting foods that support healthy aging, emphasizing the importance of balanced nutrition in promoting internal health. The session also highlighted the role of key nutrients in restoring and maintaining the body, along with practical guidance on adjusting daily eating habits, choosing health-promoting ingredients, and achieving nutritional balance to help slow physical degeneration, support overall health, and reduce the long-term risk of disease.
