Chulabhorn Royal Academy Organizes the Health Ambassador Training Program, Batch 6 – Week 24

On Thursday, March 5, 2026, Chulabhorn Royal Academy, through Chulabhorn Hospital, organized the Health Ambassador Training Program (Batch 6 – Week 24) at the Convention Hall, Chulabhorn Research Institute Convention Center.

This week’s training featured the topic “Body Composition Analysis for Appropriate Exercise Planning.” The session was delivered by sports scientists from the Rehabilitation Medicine Unit, Medical Department, Chulabhorn Hospital: Mr. Anucha Saeng-on, Ms. Pandita Poolui, and Mr. Thananop Anuphapyutthachai. They shared knowledge on the principles of body composition assessment and its importance for health management.

During the session, participants also had the opportunity to use a Body Composition Analyzer to assess their own health. The device can analyze key components of the body, including muscle mass, body fat mass, and overall body balance. These results provide essential baseline information that helps individuals plan appropriate health care and exercise programs tailored to their personal conditions.

The speakers also provided close guidance and explanations of the analysis results for each participant. This allowed attendees to better understand their physical condition, which is beneficial for improving overall health and reducing the risk of diseases in the long term.
