Chulabhorn Royal Academy Hosts the 7th CRA Town Hall, Driving the Organization Toward a New Decade of Sustainability

The Chulabhorn Royal Academy held the “7th Executive Meets Personnel of Chulabhorn Royal Academy (2/2026)”, also known as the CRA Town Hall, under the theme “A Decade of Dedication Towards A Future of Excellence”, in celebration of the 10th Anniversary of the Academy. The event took place on 29 April 2026 at the Grand Conference Hall, Srisavangavadhana College of Medicine, Chulabhorn Royal Academy.

The event aimed to communicate the organization’s direction for the new decade, convey strategic policies from the executive leadership to personnel, and foster a shared understanding of the Academy’s development goals toward sustainable excellence, in accordance with the royal vision of Princess Chulabhorn Walailak, President and Founder of Chulabhorn Royal Academy.

The program opened with a presentation highlighting the Academy’s 10-year development journey and achievements through the video “CRA the 10-Year Journey: From Foundation to Frontier”, followed by a special lecture by Ratchata Ratchatanawin, Acting Deputy Secretary-General of the Academy. The lecture reflected the Academy’s evolution from strong foundations in medicine, public health, education, and research toward becoming an institution dedicated to delivering tangible benefits to society.

A key highlight was CRA TED TALK: The Future of Excellence, where the executive team presented strategic directions and flagship initiatives to drive the organization into its second decade. Topics covered organizational strategy, advancement of medical innovation, campus and facility development, financial sustainability, and elevation of quality standards to international levels. The featured sessions included:

Additionally, the event featured the presentation of Organizational Morality Awards for Fiscal Year 2025, recognizing all seven divisions of the Academy as “Model Moral Organizations.” Awards were also presented for CRA Employees of the Year 2025, certifications for national and international healthcare quality standards, and outstanding research and innovation achievements at the international level—honoring personnel who play key roles in advancing the organization.

The 7th CRA Town Hall forms part of the Academy’s ongoing efforts to communicate policies, strategies, and operational outcomes to personnel and the public. It reflects an organizational culture that values participation, transparency, quality enhancement, and continuous development, in alignment with Integrity and Transparency Assessment (ITA) principles for public information disclosure.
