With the profound vision and benevolence of Professor Dr. Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Krom Phra Srisavangavadhana to elevate Thai education, research, and healthcare standards, Her Royal Highness graciously established "Chulabhorn Royal Academy" in 2016 to dedicate as a royal merit to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great. The academy expanded from "Chulabhorn Hospital"—originally a specialized cancer care hospital—into a public higher education institution under the supervision of the government. It serves as an advanced center for learning, teaching, and high-level research to cultivate medical, scientific, and public health professionals in high-demand fields, with Chulabhorn Hospital operating under the academy to provide healthcare services to the public.

Over the past decade, Chulabhorn Royal Academy has steadfastly operated in alignment with Her Royal Highness's royal determination to utilize advanced sciences and innovations. The ultimate goal remains "To create Equitable Well-being through Science and Innovation" guided by the institutional philosophy, "Be Excellent for Lives."
The signing of these agreements with 6 leading institutions marks a significant milestone in integrating knowledge and developing human resources into tangible outcomes. This collaborative effort will raise the standards of education, research, and medical services in Thailand to an international level, fulfilling the royal determination to foster sustainable well-being and a high quality of life for the Thai people.
