The awards honor public health agencies demonstrating medical service excellence. On this occasion, Her Royal Highness also graciously presided over the donation ceremony of targeted cancer medication under the “Royal Cancer Medication Project in Honor of Her Royal Highness’s 69th Birthday Anniversary,” scheduled for July 4, 2026. A total of 690,000 tablets were presented to the National Health Security Office (NHSO) at the Princess Srisavangavadhana College of Medicine Building, Chulabhorn Royal Academy

The “Srisavangavadhana Awards” represent a collaboration between Chulabhorn Royal Academy, the Ministry of Public Health, and the Ministry of Interior. The project aim is to honor Her Royal Highness’s dedication and continue her royal mission of promoting medical efficiency and ensuring that citizens in remote areas have access to high-standard medical technology.
For the year 2025, 12 hospitals were honored across four categories:

Additionally, 8 finalist hospitals were recognized for their outstanding commitment and performance in their respective categories.

In a significant contribution to Thailand’s public health, Her Royal Highness granted 690,000 tablets of "IMCRANIB 100" (a targeted cancer therapy) to Secretary-General of NHSO. This medication will be distributed to cancer patients across the country.
IMCRANIB 100 is the first targeted cancer drug formulation manufactured entirely in Thailand by the Chulabhorn Royal Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility under the Royal Initiative of CRA. This achievement follows Her Royal Highness’s vision to establish Thailand’s pharmaceutical security. The drug was registered with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on May 20, 2025, and was officially listed in the Thai Innovation Account on March 30, 2026.
The Royal Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant is Thailand's first cancer medication facility certified with international PIC/s GMDP standards. Her Royal Highness’s initiative has transformed medical research into industrial-scale production, reducing the financial burden of importing expensive medications from abroad. The donation of IMCRANIB 100—a high-efficacy drug with low side effects—reflects Her Royal Highness’s profound concern for the Thai people’s well-being.

By removing economic barriers to advanced treatment, Her Royal Highness continues to elevate the quality of life for all Thais, ensuring equal access to modern healthcare as a cornerstone of national development.
