On 11 February 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., the Strategy Division, through the Planning and Budgeting Section of the Chulabhorn Royal Academy, organized a strategic capacity-building program for personnel development through a strategic and budget management workshop entitled “Enhancing Understanding in Budget Proposal Preparation” (Session 2) for the Office of the Chulabhorn Royal Academy.
The Office of the Chulabhorn Royal Academy is responsible for administrative management and coordination with related units in support of the Academy’s operations.
On this occasion, Associate Professor
Dr. Pharmacist Chuthamanee Suthisisang Acting Deputy Secretary-General of Chulabhorn Royal Academy, presided over the opening ceremony and delivered a lecture on guidelines for writing project proposals to request budget allocations. Acting Assistant Secretary-General of Chulabhorn Royal Academy Acting Director, Office of Chulabhorn Royal Academy, also offered his comments and recommendations.
The meeting was held at Meeting Room MC232, 3rd Floor, Office Building of the Chulabhorn Royal Academy, Lak Si District, Bangkok.
The primary objective of the workshop was to foster a shared understanding among departments regarding strategic and budget management, with emphasis on enhancing efficiency in three key dimensions:
Strategic Project Proposal Writing: Developing skills in designing clear, measurable, and outcome-oriented projects.
Budget Proposal Preparation: Ensuring accuracy and compliance with established rules and standards.
Plan Integration: Strengthening the alignment among strategies, action plans, and budgets to ensure coherence and achievement of the Academy’s objectives.
The Strategy Division expressed confidence that the integration of collaboration among executives and personnel responsible for planning, budgeting, and performance indicators across all units of the Chulabhorn Royal Academy would serve as a key mechanism to ensure that the Academy’s budget utilization is carried out with maximum value and efficiency.
