On 23 January B.E. 2569 (2026), the Royal Gazette website published an announcement of the Office of the Prime Minister regarding the Royal Appointment. His Majesty graciously appointed Professor Dr. Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Walailak, Krom Phra Srisavangavadhana, to continue serving as President of the Council of Chulabhorn Royal Academy for another term, effective from 14 November B.E. 2568 (2025).

Re: Appointment of the President of the Council of Chulabhorn Royal Academy
Whereas a Royal Command was previously issued appointing Professor Dr. Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Walailak, Krom Phra Srisavangavadhana, to serve as President of the Council of Chulabhorn Royal Academy from 12 February B.E. 2564 (2021), pursuant to the announcement of the Office of the Prime Minister dated 27 May B.E. 2564 (2021); and whereas Her Royal Highness completed her term of office on 11 February B.E. 2568 (2025);
By virtue of Section 19 (1) of the Chulabhorn Royal Academy Act, B.E. 2559 (2016), as amended, Chulabhorn Royal Academy submitted a petition seeking the Royal Consideration and respectfully inviting Her Royal Highness to continue serving as President of the Council for another term.
Upon being informed thereof, His Majesty graciously granted Royal approval for Her Royal Highness to continue holding the position. In addition, the Meeting of the Council of Chulabhorn Royal Academy No. 11/2568 held on 14 November B.E. 2568 (2025) resolved to nominate Professor Dr. Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Walailak, Krom Phra Srisavangavadhana, and proposed that the matter be submitted for Royal Appointment. The Secretariat of the Cabinet subsequently submitted the matter for Royal approval.
Now, a Royal Command has been issued appointing Her Royal Highness to serve as President of the Council of Chulabhorn Royal Academy, effective from 14 November B.E. 2568 (2025).
