Chulabhorn Royal Academy Undergoes EdPEx Assessment to Elevate Educational Quality Toward Excellence

Rachta Ratchanawin, Acting Deputy Secretary-General of Chulabhorn Royal Academy, together with the executive team and Academy personnel, welcomed the Institutional Education Quality Assessment Committee for Academic Year 2024 under the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) on 2 February 2026 at the Academy.

The EdPEx assessment was chaired by Sanguansin Rattanalert, with distinguished committee members Choenchok Sornkhwan and Saowalak Sukprasert. The assessment aimed to reflect institutional performance, identify strengths and opportunities for improvement, and provide guidance to continuously enhance the Academy’s management systems and standards. Key focus areas included leadership, strategic planning, learner and stakeholder focus, measurement, analysis and knowledge management, workforce focus, process management, and performance results—critical mechanisms for developing an effective, transparent, auditable, and stakeholder-responsive organization.

This assessment forms part of the Academy’s ongoing organizational development and internal management enhancement to ensure standards, transparency, accountability, and results orientation. Feedback from the expert committee enables the institution to review performance, analyze strengths and improvement opportunities, and define actionable pathways to refine work processes to better serve learners, service recipients, personnel, and stakeholders.

The public dissemination of information related to the institutional education quality assessment also serves as transparent communication of educational and organizational performance to the public, aligning with the Integrity and Transparency Assessment (ITA) guidelines for public sector agencies, which emphasize accessible public disclosure and demonstrable transparency, continuity, and accountability.

The Academy extends its sincere appreciation to all committee members for their valuable recommendations. The assessment outcomes and feedback will be utilized as key inputs to improve, develop, and elevate educational and management operations toward quality, efficiency, and sustainability, under the philosophy “Excellence for All Lives.”
