Chulabhorn Royal Academy Communicates Strategy through Performance Agreements (PA) to Drive Organizational Achievement in Fiscal Year 2026
Chulabhorn Royal Academy, through its Strategy Division, organized a signing ceremony for the Performance Agreement (PA) for fiscal year B.E. 2569 (2026), held during 10–11 September 2025 at MC232 Meeting Room, 3rd Floor, Office of Chulabhorn Royal Academy Building, Lak Si District, Bangkok. The ceremony aimed to translate the Academy’s strategic direction into action and align organizational-level goals with the operational plans of each division in a unified direction.
The ceremony was attended by Professor Emeritus Dr. Rachta Rachatanawin, Acting Deputy Secretary-General of Chulabhorn Royal Academy, together with the Academy’s executive team. Participants reviewed the performance results for fiscal year B.E. 2568 (2025), the operational plans for fiscal year B.E. 2569 (2026), and the preparation of performance agreements for each division. The executives also provided guidance, recommendations, and responses to inquiries to ensure that implementation aligns with the Revised Midterm Strategic Plan of Chulabhorn Royal Academy (B.E. 2568–2570) and the organization’s Corporate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
