On 11 February 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the Strategy Division, through the Planning and Budgeting Section of the Chulabhorn Royal Academy, organized a strategic capacity-building program for personnel development through a strategic and budget management workshop entitled “Enhancing Understanding in Budget Proposal Preparation” (Session 1), for departments in the areas of education and research.
On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Pharmacist Chuthamanee Suthisisang, Acting Deputy Secretary-General of Chulabhorn Royal Academy, presided over the opening ceremony and delivered a lecture on guidelines for writing project proposals to request budget allocations. The workshop aimed to enhance personnel skills in preparing budget proposals in alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. The event was held at Meeting Room MC232, 3rd Floor, Office Building of the Chulabhorn Royal Academy, Lak Si District, Bangkok.
