The royal medical teams from Chulabhorn Hospital provided services and gave royal medicine kits to people in Suphan Buri Province as a tribute to His Majesty the King on the occasion of his birthday on 28 July 2023 and as a tribute to Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Krom Phra Srisavangavadhana.
The royal medical teams from Chulabhorn Hospital provide medical services and distributed 200 medicine kits to the people in the area and 664 school bags to the students. The hospital optometrists performed vision tests and gave eyeglasses to those who had vision problems. This activity was carried out to pay tribute to His Majesty the King on the occasion of his birthday anniversary on 28 July 2023. Mr. Natthapat Suwanprateep, Governor of Supan Buri, together with head officials and the people in Ban Khong Subdistrict, U Thong District, welcomed the teams at Ban Sa Bua Thong School on 27 July 2023. The governor and the head officials showed gratitude towards the benevolence of His Majesty the King, gave the kits to the people receiving the services and gave the schoolbags to the students of Ban Sa Bua Thong School, Ban Thung Din Dam School, Wat Champa School, Wat Kok Muang School, Wat Po Khiao School and Ban Khong Child Development Center. Then they visited the medical teams and 3 bedridden patients.
Most of the people in Ban Sa Bua Thong area experienced hypertension and diabetes. There were 357 people receiving health examinations. The top five complaints involved 1) eyes 31(233 cases), 2. muscles, bones and joints (68 cases), 3. nerves (25 cases) 4. digestive system (19 cases) and 5. heart and blood vessels (13 cases). There were 31 referrals. Those who had the health examinations and were given the medicine kits expressed deep gratitude to Her Royal Highness’s devotion to improving the wellbeing of all Thai people.
