Chulabhorn Royal Academy Conducts Home Visits for Bedridden Patients in Pathum Thani
On Friday, April 17, 2026, driven by the benevolence and profound concern of Professor Dr. Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Krom Phra Srisavangavadhana, President of Chulabhorn Royal Academy,Chancellor of Chulabhorn Royal Academy Council, and Acting Secretary-General of Chulabhorn Royal Academy, for vulnerable populations affected by the tensions in the Middle East, Chulabhorn Royal Academy—through the Royal Project and Private Affairs Department—dispatched a medical team to visit 20 homebound and bedridden patients in the Bangkok Metropolitan Region.
The mission took place in Nong Suea District, Pathum Thani Province, ensuring that vulnerable citizens receive comprehensive healthcare and an improved quality of life. During the visit, Royal medicine kits, daily consumer goods, adult diapers, underpads, medical food, and other necessities were distributed. The mission was led by Dr. Thakur Phanit, Acting Deputy Secretary-General of Chulabhorn Royal Academy, and Mr. Akawit Meepian, Governor of Pathum Thani Province, along with local government heads who provided moral support to the patients. This mission has brought immense joy and a profound sense of gratitude to the local community for Her Royal Highness’s boundless compassion.
